My name is Hayley Posner and I am an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a demonstrated history of working in a wide array of industries for the past 5 years.

Strong writer, researcher and creative thinker. Professional skills include online content creation, graphic design, photography, WordPress site management, and pitch writing.

I am a graduate from the University of Denver. I majored in Media Studies and minored in Fine Arts and Communications. In November of 2017 I graduated Summa Cum Laude almost a full year early. During my 3 years of undergraduate studies I was very active in student life and was involved in the DU Programming Board, HerCampus Media as well as was an executive board member in my sorority. While in college I also had the opportunity to intern with Christie’s Auction House and ELR Media Group in New York City.

Right before I graduated I had the opportunity to intern in the photography department at SKI Magazine in Boulder, Colorado. I interned with SKI from September 2017 to December of 2017. Following my internship with SKI I went on to my first entry level job with the KONG Company in Golden, Colorado where I worked as a marketing production coordinator for almost 2 years. Through this experience I demonstrated my ability to think on my feet and manage multiple different projects and tasks on tight deadlines. This was my first real chance to get my feet wet in the digital marketing world as well as have gotten the opportunity to be a team player and a coordinator between multiple different departments.

For the past year I have been working for the Well Master Corporation in Golden, Colorado as a marketing and communications coordinator. In this role I have been able to step up and become a marketing leader not only within Well Master but also within the artificial lift and oil field services industry. I have taken on a variety of leadership-based projects and initiatives in a short time-frame such as developing strategic social media campaigns and video series, managing new product launches and preparing sales/marketing kits, as well as re-designing printed marketing materials and updating digital assets. A few of my other responsibilities include managing the wide communications strategy by creating company press releases, producing brand conscious promotional apparel, website content and videos and facilitating news updates both internally and externally. I have also planned an international trade show and multiple corporate conferences and events and been given the chance to travel outside of Denver to represent Well Master’s brand and facilitate client meetings.

As of now I am looking to expand my leadership abilities and step into an even greater role of creative responsibility. Some of my skills and passions include, photography, digital content creation, graphic design and creative directing.

Some of my skills outside of my work for KONG and Well Master include, fashion and art photography, creative content creation, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and team leading and organization. I am also skilled in the use of various social media platforms and have experienced with WordPress site management, PR planning and marketing pitching. In terms of job searching in the future, I am interested in working in the media, fashion, art, skiing and entertainment industries and am interested in mid level jobs focusing on social media management, digital marketing and creative content creation.
